International Returns

This policy is only valid for purchases made directly with Mr Maria. If you’ve made your purchase via one of our stockists, please contact them directly to handle your return.

How to return

We’re sorry to hear you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days after delivery as long as it was purchased on MrMaria.com. Make sure you've contact us first at [email protected]

Please ensure the item is returned complete and in its original state, in its original packaging. Upon receipt of the returned item, your refund will be credited through the payment method used to make the original purchase. Regrettably, any shipping costs will not be refunded. It can take up to 7 working days after the arrival of the return package for the credit to be processed. Please send the package to:

To ensure the correct and speedy handling of your return please make sure to complete the Return Slip and include the rest of the packing slip in the package as well. We strongly recommend sending your goods back via a tracked service and retaining proof of postage until you have received your refund notification.

After receipt of your Return it can take up to 7 working days until the amount is visible on your account. Please keep in mind that we might be in a different timezone. Your money is returned via the same payment method used during your purchase. Please check the overview below to see where your money will be returned.

If you haven’t received your refund within 7 days, please send an email to [email protected]. Please include your ordernumber, date of return and if possible the tracking link for your return package so we can help you as quickly as possible.


Unfortunately we are unable to exchange an item purchased with us online for a different item in the collection. If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different design, please handle your purchase as a regular return and place a new order for your preferred design.

It’s possible to return your gift if you are able to provide a proof of purchase. If you do not have a proof or purchase, we are unable to handle your return.
